Crrraaawling iiiin my SHINNNNNNNNN…

I wasn’t really planning on writing an entry right now since I wanted to watch a lot of episodes at once. However, I just saw the new opening in episode 38. ‘Chemistry - Wings of Words’. And I must say……… Oh. My. God. …It sucks so badly I can’t stand listening to it. Unlike all the other openings in the Gundam SEED and GS Destiny series, they really had to screw it up for the last few episodes. They really couldn’t have chosen a much wittier and boring song than this. It doesn’t fit at all in the succession of those techno-rock songs of the likes of T.M. Revolution and HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR. Geez… I could have predicted it would suck, since I know that Chemistry is mainly pop music, but this was really really abhorrent.

But yeah, I didn’t just post a new entry to voice my frustration about this new Opening, even though there are still a few things that I’d like to rant about, especially about the opening animation. But the rest comes first, a lot of things also happened in these last few episodes as well. And… yeah, read on if you don’t mind rants and spoilers.

So, Stellar has been killed, and emo Shinn was butthurt, so to say. As I figured out in my previous post, Shinn wants to let his anger out on Kira, to take revenge for the only girl that has ever ‘loved’ him in his life. In the end, he will be able to take Kira down allright, BUT (and that’s really something that makes me hate emo Shinn): that happened ONLY because Kira does NOT want to PWN your little phony EMO ASS!!! If he was serious you wouldn’t even stand a chance even if you were jacking off in your dirty Impulse. Geez, what a goddamn retard. Very honestly, I would really appreciate it if Shinn was killed by an anvil that fell on his head ‘by accident’. Pff.

Unfair. Shinn fails at life nevertheless.

Alas, not only Kira, but also the Archangel got defeated. Unlike the Freedom though, the Archangel did not get destroyed. However, I wonder what it is up to, now that they most probably don’t have much firepower left to offer any resistance. But they also have Neo on board… now, that’s sure confusing me. Murrue identified him without a doubt as Mwu La Fllaga, the ship’s records also prove of that fact. Now, it’s rather safe to assume that Neo might be Mwu’s clone. So far, so good. Now, what was Mwu to Raww le Klueze again… As far as I can remember, Raww was his father’s ‘failed’ clone, right? And Mwu was… Also a clone? Darn, I clearly remember their conflict in the facility in Gundam SEED but I already forgot their relations… And Rey Za Burrel. He also is related to Neo… This sure is complicated. Well, maybe there might be some clarification about this in a future episode. As for what is going to happen to Neo, or what he will be doing later on, saa, who knows. He might as well join the Archangel and fight against Rey later on.

I won’t lose my words on Dullindal, he’s a perfidious and sly bastard, greedy for power, and what-not. Just thinking of what he might have in mind causes me to have a bad headache.

NEW UNITS. Once again. Destiny, Shinn’s unit, and Legend, Athrun’s… no, Rey’s unit. Well, this is interesting. Athrun has had it in ZAFT and finally wants to return to the Archangel… The grass is always greener on the other side, it seems. Well, Athrun just did the right choice. Away from emo Shinn, arrogant Rey and bitch Meer, anywhere is better. And, he took along Meyrin, who is such a moe girl~~ She definitely looks awesomely cute without her braids. Argh… there I go with my love for red-haired girls… (Hisui, Fllay, etc… can’t help it!). Erm, back to the plot. So, Athrun and Meyrin have been labeled traitors by ZAFT, and Shinn and Rey have been dispatched to execute them. Yet Shinn’s so emo, that he didn’t even notice he didn’t hit the cockpit as he went berserk and stabbed Athrun’s stolen unit. It seemed to me that they were rescued by the Earth forces. Which raises the question, where to?

Orb? Is Orb still with the EAF? It’s been said that ZAFT and the Earth Forces were most probably targeting Orb next, so… Welll, the Archangel will be heading to Orb as well, so they have to be neutral in some way. Now, let’s assume Athrun and Meyrin will be taken to Orb. Meyrin has, as far as I remember Dullindal’s words, the technical data of the Destiny and the Legend. Since Kira and Athrun do not have any competitive units, I think Orb will build some even more advanced Mobile Suits for them. Or rather… that’s pretty sure now. The Opening already spoiled it.

Spoilers unleashed.

YES, the Opening again. As always, massive spoilers are ruining the fun. Besides many clips that have been played in each of the four Opening animations, this time it really told me everything. New units for Kira and Athrun, that’s for sure. Also, Athrun is going to Orb after all, he’s wearing the Orb suit.Also, Kira’s new badass attack. I mean, back then, it was already fukken awesome when Kira shot all the cannons at once, must have been 6 or 8 lasers or so. Now, it’s at least 20 or 30. It’s like a rainbow of colors. I wished I could have seen that for the first time in action, and not during a boring opening with a phony song. Anyway, what’s more, it seems like Shinn will be fighting against Rey this time. He’s like Raww le Klueze after all. But there’ll be room for discussion later on I bet.

Three new baddies. Damn, always three. But this time it ain’t youngsters… Well, they look more like space pirates, or some random nerds, lol noobs. Coordinators? Extended? Clones? Aliens??? And, what machines have they gotten there? Saa, at least the Opening hasn’t spoiled that on me yet.

Nevertheless, this an interesting outcome. Although, the genuine enemies are getting rare, it’s only the Logos now, it seems. Or is that just a pretense to get rid of the Naturals… 12 Episodes left. I have to admit, the predictions of many peoples are haunting me. Even today, someone told me that the last ten episodes are outright bad. I really have mixed feelings to watching those episodes, for fear of seeing such an awesome story being ruined in a way that has yet to be revealed to me………. What’s it gonna be? Stay tuned!

One thing though. If Meyrin is going to be killed, I’ll stop watching and start hating this series. They already killed Fllay, now Meyrin… GRRRRRR DON’T YOU DARE DOING THAT OR ELSE… Well, I would still watch it. But I’d detest it. Soooooo damn much T_T
