This time I opened the package before making pics… ._.

Continuing with this month’s raid on my credit card, here’s the newest acquisition: I got Kozue Amano’s Alpha and Stella artbooks today \o/

They came much faster than I had imagined, because there was some trouble with amazon.co.jp/UPS and the shipping address I had given.

The Luxembourgian post recently created some kind of “Pack Up” service which allows you to send packets to your local post office using a special address they created. Upon delivery, you’ll get a SMS notification and you can pick it up at the office.

Well, I thought I should try it out on amazon Japan. Their reply:

tl;dr: you suck for giving us a crappy address.

Indeed, if I was UPS I would wonder about an address going “Pack Up xxxxxxx, L-xxxx Pack Up, LUXEMBOURG”. Well, I wasn’t all too happy that amazon suddenly decided to cancel and refund instead of simply asking a new shipping address. Sent them a mail with the new address, they said it might not work, because UPS retention deadline and shit, etc. And then out of the blue, DHL appearing in front of my door with the artbooks today :D

And with every good artbook, it needs to be savored with due respect - so I only will look at the cover and the first page for now :3

Amano’s third Illustration works, Cielo, is backordered at HLJ. I hope I can get it soon ._. It’s so much more expensive on eBay…

Also, blog news: progress on ARIA the Animation: Ep 6… going slow ^^;; Need to catch up on Minami-ke Okawari though… bleh ;;¬.¬ And lighting my lulz up with a new ep of KimiAru, I want that loli. Badly.
