You have the same mind set as me. Yeah, I’m still in high school (it’s the fifth year, at last!), but I’ve already decided: After two years of local college, I’ll either go to Japan or Venice to learn japanese.

And just as you, I have a huge gap in my mind, after watching Aria. It feels like when I watched Gurren-Lagann: it was the best shounen action anime ever for me, and since then I can’t watch any other anime from that genre. Now, after Aria, I can’t make myself to watch a new series. Aria is the best for me. So I’m just idling, playing DS, and I try to fill this gap with translating Aria to my language, and writing Aria fanfics.
The only anime I watch is the new Slayers, for the sake of nostalgia.

May you have great times in Venice. And don’t forget to report every wonder you encounter! XD

770 words of online ramble comes surprisingly quickly, while my University essays came on very slowly. 2500 words in a week…ack!

May you have great times in Venice - and heck, you’ll have the opportunity to match every single ARIA reference. :P

Venice trips may be getting “old” but I’m planning a trip report pretty soon. I finally got my Venice pictures printed at the shop - 120 x 4R prints! €11.5 is a hard hit on my wallet.
