Ohai - I’m looking for writers, have you found them?

OMG!!
I’ve been literally flooded with absolutely zero e-mails asking me why I was posting so little recently, and this kinda gave me the push that got me writing here.
Well unlike anime, I do take a couple of weeks off before resuming normal activity after a series. NOOOO I’m joking, of course not!
If anyone has been following my hundreds of recent twitter updates (which I assume you haven’t), you’d have noticed how counterproductively un-busy I have been these last few weeks. Indeed, there are so many things I can (and actually want to) do: watch tons of anime, read tons of manga, review lots of shit, earn kudos in the community and be a sage animepimp; play games (PC, NDS, PS2 - I still haven’t touched Ar Tonelico, and it’s been what, a year now since I bought it?); play TF2 competitively with my local clan mates, and be actively present in the guild for as long as I’m still in the country - as such, be socially active; create wallpapers; read tons of books; etc etc etc. Caught the drift yet?
It is the usual dilemma: too many choices, and right now I actually do have the time to take most if not all of those… if only I was organized enough to keep a schedule of some sort. But it’s back to good old procrastination: I can do it tomorrow as well. Right. I haven’t read any of the books I recently ordered, I haven’t finished a single game, I haven’t watched anime, and, most relevantly, see how long I haven’t posted in here. Okay this is the usual “excuses for absence” discourse, and everyone knows that already.
Anyway, if it means anything, I will soon be sampling a couple of new spring series, make my pick, and get blogging. Because the more I see people drool over random stuff, the more I want to have my say on what’s good and not as well. For instance, if I hear random K**A** fankids holler something to the heavens already months before it’s aired, it can’t augur well. Because now, it has culminated into a cumfest of cucumbers… argh, alliteration fail. And since I like to be radically against the grain concerning a couple of things, I do hope there will be a lot of discussion (and trollbaits) later in the season!

Big news! The Dacia Sand… erm, wrong script. *shuffles* Right.
As you might have noticed, up until now I’ve been somewhat of a solitary cat mewing from the depths of my cave but now I want to increase and diversify the content of this blog.
Which is why I am now officially looking for motivated anibloggers who can’t seem to find their home, and who like writing and ranting about anime, manga and games in intelligent and funny ways (unlike me). Of course I will not recruit any random bored bloke that comes my way - you should really get in touch with me and tell me a bit about your undying enthusiasm for anime and lolis.
You will also be required to post regularly, at least once a week. I mean, how hard can it be to be dedicated? (My average: twice a month.)
While I don’t mind rookies, (I myself am still widely considered one in the sphere), it goes without saying that you need some anime knowledge, at least a little more than the average overrated overfranchised anime series that are airing in every country on earth and beyond. English proficiency is obviously a must, and experience in writing can be a plus. Having two X chromosomes can be an epic plus too.
(Actually, most of my readers would meet those requirements easily (except for the XX, unless there are female bots out there), so why not join me here huh :P)
I’ll be looking forward to the thousands hundreds dozens many applications!

I’ve already got a blog (running for 2 years, click my name) but I’m always happy to do posts for someone else’s blog. I have a lot to write about, and I like being constricted to certain styles for posts, so I can change my style to your liking.

I sympathize man T_T having an actual schedule (school) to work around doesn’t help the situation either (two wrong schedules don’t make a right).
In any case, I hope to see you spouting and writing about the current season soon and wish you luck in finding a writer(s). Probably won’t be easy given the nature of this sphere, but I do believe there are many potential candidates who merely aren’t aware of these things yet. :)

@RyanA: Well at least I’d feel like I was doing at least something worth my while, and not procrastinating all my time away. ^^; You’re right, there are many candidates, and I wish they’d look this way once in a while too… But I suppose they’d rather write for a more renowned banner than this one. I’ll make sure to call out often enough until I find one though, promise ;) (And if I have to steal someone… xD j/k)

Mmm well I’m a girl with no life that is fun and exciting..but I already have a site of my own and next year I’m going to be getting a new job and all of that so I’m not sure if I will have extra time. ^___^; I’m very sorry. I would very much love to help you though! I visit here frequently. Hmm..OH! I could be a guest writer a few times if that will help. :]
