Honestly, I didn’t expect this to happen anytime soon, if ever again. But apparently, it is possible! From today on, Neko’s Thinkbox will not be a duo, but a trio!
Only one week after Matt, another motivated writer has appeared. Sadly, that person doesn’t have a pair of XX chromosomes either. QQ

Anyway, without further ado, I’ll let the new guy introduce himself: Meet the Brett!

Hello! My name is Brett, and I am a new writer for Neko’s Thinkbox. This will be my first time writing for a blog, so I apologize for the lack of experience.

To start things off I’ll tell a few things about myself: I live in the USA, I’m laid back, I’ve been a fan of anime for a little over 5 years now, I’m a pretty big gamer, and like most people I love music. [http://myanimelist.net/profile/brettchalupa] I play mostly JRPGs, but I also enjoy some shooters and action games also . A few favorite games of mine are StarCraft, Dragon Quest VIII, Kingdom Hearts 2, the Xenosaga series, and Gears of War campaign. If you ever want to play some games with me feel free to ask! Contact me @ the Contact page. My taste in music is wide in some aspects, but also very narrow in others. I’d say my Last.fm account sums up my most listened to artists. Lately I have been researching computer hardware and have my first “build” ready, all thats left is getting the money to pay for it all! ><

Well now that you know a little bit about me, I’ll explain my goals/plans for blogging at Neko’s Thinkbox! I’d love to be able to post a weekly recap/review/thoughts on a handful of series I am watching, those shows being: Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Valkryia Chronicles, Cross Game, Eden of the East, and K-On! (I’ll gladly check out anything recommended^^) Personally, I have trouble keeping up with more than a few series at a time, so I have a pretty large amount of unwatched shows I am in the process or plan on watching, I would like to post my thoughts on those as I go. Hopefully no one minds posts on older shows! I also would love to have an “Anime OST Round Up” discussing the OP and ED music of different shows. In the game department I plan on writing about upcoming or recent Japanese releases, most likely released in America because I don’t import Japanese releases or anything.

I’d like to keep the amount of writing on my plate do-able and also enjoyable while keepin’ it all related to Japanese media/anime.
